Five stars for RebootJax. I’m a nursing student who works nights, and I reached out about my Lenovo battery in the middle of the night. He emailed me back before noon, offered to take care of it the same day, and even adjusted to my schedule when I had a prior engagement. He replaced my battery with no unnecessary charges and treated me with genuine kindness the entire time. Excellent service and an even better person. I would recommend him to anyone with computer needs he gives great advice, is very knowledgeable and honest. RebootJax can help you with something as simple as a battery swaps to building your own PC at reasonable price I will be purchasing my next laptop from them! Today Luke was beyond a god-send! He saw how much I was in need and instead of seeing $$ signs he saw what I needed was kindness. He helped fix our computer issue with the upmost professionalism and I could not be more appreciative of the extra care he took during our time of need. I will forever be a customer of his after today! I can not thank you enough for your kindness and for being so down to earth and treating us like humans on such a hard day for us. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Luke and the kindness he showed me today. This morning, I discovered that my laptop’s motherboard had completely failed. I’m the Director of a medical office, and when I say my ENTIRE work life was stored within the files on that computer, I truly mean it. Documents, projects, resources, and countless hours of work were suddenly inaccessible. I genuinely thought I had lost everything. I had already called several places and was actually very close to going somewhere else, but something told me to make one more call. That call led me to Luke, and I am incredibly grateful that it did. The amazing part is that I wasn’t even bringing my computer to Luke to have it repaired. I already had plans to either have Geek Squad repair the laptop or purchase a new one. I simply needed someone who could help me recover my files. Luke treated that "simple" request as though it were just as important to him as it was to me. He was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. He didn't just tell me that my files had been recovered—he made sure EVERYTHING was there and gave me the opportunity to go through it myself and verify that the files I desperately needed had actually been saved. He even took the time to give me advice about what to be careful of and what not to allow when I take my laptop elsewhere for repair. He had absolutely nothing to gain from doing that; he was simply trying to help and protect my data. What Luke didn't know when I called was that my family had received some incredibly difficult news the day before. I was already emotionally exhausted, and then I woke up this morning to discover that everything I needed to do my job was seemingly gone. It was truly the last thing I could handle. And then I found Luke. What could have been an absolutely devastating day turned into an enormous sense of relief because one person chose to be patient, compassionate, and genuinely helpful. Luke, you were truly an angel today. You may have thought you were simply recovering someone's computer files, but you did so much more than that for me. You gave me back something I genuinely believed was gone forever and took an enormous weight off my shoulders on a day when I desperately needed something to go right. Thank you for your kindness, your patience, your honesty, and for going above and beyond when you absolutely did not have to. If you are looking for someone you can trust with your computer or your important files, I wholeheartedly recommend Luke. I am beyond grateful that something told me to make "just one more call" today. It led me to exactly the person I needed. ❤️ Thank you again, Luke. I truly cannot recommend Reboot Computers of Jax "HIGHLY" enough!!!  The customer service I received from Luke was second to none! He was not only knowledgeable but truly listened attentively as I explained my situation Luke made such an amazing impression on me with his genuine and sincere desire to do EVERYTHING he possibly could to solve my issues and ensure I would be satisfied with the final results...which he ABSOLUTELY did!!
